At Last it has been resolvedFor my luck, I've Thursday off. So, I called TEData on Wednesday and told them that I'll stay all Thursday beside my telephone to follow up with their tecnican in the central. On Thursday, he called me, trying everything from the begining of the cycle. Joining router with/without splitter and reseting router and replacing it with new modem that I got to test. He do some tests from his side. After about an hour or so, he told me: "There's no problems on your line. I tested every thing.". "So What?!!!", I said. He responds: "You better get a 3rd router and try it". Me astonished: "That's all you can say!!!!". I hang up very angry. I should travel at that day to my town, Mansoura. So, I gave up everything and just go. On next Sunday, I called them to disable my account and get my money back. After telling him my story and that I want to cancel my contract. The customer service boy said: "Give me today and tomorrow and everything will be fixed.". "Again, you couldn't solve it for more than 21 day and you'll solve it in 2 days?!!!" me wondering. "Lets see". In the same day the line break had been resolved. WOW!!! What happened?!!! Is it magic?!!! May be they changed the card from the central side. I don't know, all I know that nightmare had been ended at last and I'm back online. Although, the line disconnect several times, more frequent than ever happened from last February but it's better than nothing. If this continue until my year subscription ends, I'll switch them with another provider that I don't know yet. |
