Googlers are initiating an International Cleanup Weekend:

On October  13th and 14th, Googlers and many people around the world will head out to clean up local parks, beaches, trails and other places close to home. 

As I remember, a group of volunteers had gathered from El-Shella Yahoo! Group and formed a separate group for Cleaning Cairo. We never do anything in real as a group and I remember that I wanted to participate in Clean Up the World campaign sponsored by Mobinil on 2004 and didn't do anything also.

Today, Googler use Google Map to share, spread and invite others to help. Again it initiate a dream inside my head to see Clean Egypt. Could I see Cairo clean even for 1 day.

It's only few hours after cleaning my car and on my home furniture to see a layer of dust. I always wonder from where does this huge amount of dust in the streets, on our cars, in our appartment comes from?!!!

Google advice to form groups of 6-10 people, choose a place near your area, map it on Google and when you're done send your photos and videos to your map.

Can we initiate such campaign in Cairo or any place in Egypt? If you'd like to join this global effort, you can get started here and send me invitation. It could be another day other than October 13th and 14th as it'll be Eid El Fetr in Egypt, the main idea to collaborate our effort to make our places cleaner and not waiting for our failure government plans.

I completed my 29 years old and now going into the 30th years old. Many told me that 30 years old would be a turn over in my life. Although I didn't believe that before but now, thinking that I going into the 30th, is giving me such impression of being old. It's a mixed feeling between waiting to do more in the following years that I don't have the chance to do before and, in the same time, the feeling that I can't do anything more than what I'm doing currently.

For sure the past year was a different year for me full of special events, incidents and new relations in my live specially my engagement to the girl I do love. Also, joining more activities, make new friends, help in a youth formation camp for All in One in winter in Alexandria, helping in preparation of summer Foi et Lumière camp in Marsa Matroh and finally got my own apartment. Those events, friends and activities shape a good year full of success as I guess.

I don't have a long list of wishes in the next year. Wishes now is mixed between 2 persons and not only mine:

• I wish I can marry the beloved one that she choose to complete live with me
• I wish her to find the job she likes
• I wish I could feel satisfied in my current work or find a job that could give peace of mind
• I think I had to narrow down my activities and got some focus on Foi et Lumiere, All in One, CVX and Together In Front Of God Initiative
