المتر المربع فى مشروع أب تاون كايرو والمسئولة عنه شركة إعمار مصر بـ 7000 (سبعة آلاف جنية مصرى فقط لا غير) وأقل مساحة 104 متر مربع!!!!

البحث عن شقة، رحلة شاقة جداً قد تنتهى بإنهيار أعصابك والإصابة بداء السكرى والضغط الدم.

ليس هناك أزمة سكن كما يعتقد البعض، فالسكن كتير والمعروض من الشقق أكتر من المطلوب والطبيعى فى هذه الحالة حسب قانون العرض والطلب أن تقل أسعار الشقق ولكن لأننا فى مصر أم الدنيا. فليس كل القوانين الطبيعية سارية، العكس هو اللى بيحصل.

أسعار الشقق فى تزايد متطرد حتى أصبح المتر بأكثر من 2000 جنية فى معظم المناطق مثل شبرا والمقطم والزيتون وبـ 4000 جنية فى مصر الجديدة وأجزاء من مدينة نصر وبـ 6000 جنية فى المهندسين والدقى والعجوزة!!!

So the story begins from 2002 when it was the first time to think of a third mobile operator in Egypt. But the plan was delayed for "the sharp decrease in the volume of local and international communications investments, shortage in liquidity as well as the non-feasibility of the project," according to Minister of Communications and IT Tareq Kamel. However, Egypt's [National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) | http://www.tra.gov.eg/] had decided to re-open up the mobile telecommunications market to a third operator by the end of 2005.

In May 2006, eleven candidates, including EgyptTelecom, Etisalat Dubai, Telecom Italia, Kuwait's MTC, Turkcell of Turkey, South Africa's MTN and Russia's MTS all presented bids for the mobile license.
